Spa Georgia provides authorized Softub on-site service in Metro Atlanta and North Georgia.  Our on-site service charge is $99.00 plus any parts required to repair your spa.

Spa Georgia also provides fast and professional authorized Softub Motor Pack service nationwide.

To have your Softub Motor Pack serviced by Softub Georgia, simply order our shipping carton online here.

We send you a shipping carton with all the need packing materials needed.  When you receive the shipping carton, simply unplug your Softub from the AC outlet and disconnect your motor pack from your Softub leaving the blue hoses connected to the motor assembly.  Using the supplied packing material wrap and place the Motor Pack in the shipping box.  Finally place the pre-printed shipping label on the box and drop it off at any UPS Store, PakMail or other pack-n-ship store that offers free UPS drop-off shipping.

When we receive your Motor Pack we will diagnose the problem and invoice you by email for $99.00 plus parts.  As soon as we receive your payment we complete repairs and ship your Motor Pack back to you for free.
